The forklift-loader has four basic functions in mining:prying up,transporting ,stacking and loading. These basic functions determine the performance of the forklift-loader to meet the following conditions, which can assure the safety and efficiency of mining.

Condition A: rated load with matching engine power, the engine power required for a  load of 18tons to 29tons is great than or equal to 178KW and for a load of more than 30tons is at least 199KW.

Condition B: whether the rated load of whole machine corresponds to the ground clearance of material of full load. The standard height of dimension stone loading requires the horizontal downward inclination angle of fork is 18 degrees, meanwhile the height of fork tip from ground is 1800mm, there will be difficult to load if lower than above-mentioned height.

Condition C: whether the rated load of whole machine corresponds to the braking mode of machine. The braking mode of the whole machine should be hydraulic wet brake, which can provide safety of mining when the weight of loading more than 28tons and the weight of whole machine exceeds 56tons.
